2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.333 of 2023

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant based on general and omnibus allegation.

4. It is next submitted allegation of assaulting the grandson of the informant is against Anil Kumar Mishra who had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.3675 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 17.05.2024.

5. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner is on a better footing as allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature.

6. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM,XII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.333 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

8. The application stands allowed.
