Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahla P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties have been settled through the process of mediation on certain terms and conditions as would be evident from the Mediation Report at Flag- Z.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79479 of 2019(3) dt.04-10-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Mahila P.S.
