2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9413 of 2024.

4. The petitioner is accused of stabbing the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than two years and in the trial no witness has been examined.

6. Though the petitioner is accused of stabbing the

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bathnaha Police Station, District- Sitamarhi on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
