2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 236 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim for

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission and is permitted to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner no. 2 namely Parmila Sharma.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of petitioner no. 2.

6. So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are concerned, they are father-in-law and brother-in-law (Dewar) of the victim respectively and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed with regard to petitioner nos. 1 and 3 only.

8. Let the petitioner nos. 1 (Ram Naresh Sharma) and 3 (Ranjeet Sharma) in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, IV, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 236 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

9. So far as petitioner no. 2 namely Pramila Sharma is concerned she is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail.
