The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No.160 of 2019/G.R. No.1990 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that the petitioner was apprehended with motorcycle on which a bag was kept from which 80 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali Liquor, were recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.10.2019.
