JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 The respondents-State have filed supplementary counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the entire retiral benefits except the up-to-date interest on the provident fund amount have been paid.
Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that some part of the provident fund amount has also not been paid.
This Court is, prima facie satisfied that the entire outstanding retiral dues of the widow-petitioner has stood paid, however in case of any subsisting grievances, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of the same. It is further directed that up-to-date
Patna High Court CWJC No.24420 of 2018(5) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 interest on the provident fund amount should be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
