2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1022/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has committed theft of a motorcycle. The act of theft has been captured on CCTV footage.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6128 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, XIV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1022/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Phulwari Sharif Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
