2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner along with 2 accused persons fired upon fua and son of the informant due to which both of them died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date charge has not been framed. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2017.

5 . Learned counsel for the informant as well as A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P .
