JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the opposite party no.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1087 of 2017 corresponding to Tr. No.3336 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage of the complainant was solemnized with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81515 of 2019(5) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 petitioner no.1 on 30.04.2015 and she is alleging that the petitioners including their family members demanded additional demand of cash in dowry and for fulfilling it she was tort ured by them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the opposite party no.2 has filed Maintenance Case No.222 of 2017 before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur and the learned court is directed to pay Rs.6,000/- per month as ad interim maintenance to the opposite party no.2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1087 of 2017 corresponding to Tr. No.3336 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
