In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 376, 509 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Opposite party no.2 herself present and submits that she has entered into the compromise voluntarily without any pressure from any side and has settled all the disputes with the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, namely, Dhananjay Jha @ Dhananjay Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Priya Sekhar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case no. 51 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
