====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case no. 305 of 2019, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant Bhuneshwar Bind performed marriage of his daughter Fulmati Devi with Kamaldeo Bind, son of petitioners, before five years. On 20.08.2019, in the day, informant received information on mobile to the effect that his daughter has been killed by her husband and in-laws and her dead body has been concealed, while her daughter had one son aged about three years and at the time of occurrence, she was pregnant. After receiving the said information, informant went at the matrimonial house of his daughter and tried to made query from his son in law, but he did not reply satisfactory. While on query, the neighbours disclosed that his daughter died due to illness. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, daughter of informant died due to illness, but petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of informant, have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Further submission is that both petitioners used to reside separately from their son Kmaldeo Bind, husband of deceased.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case no. 305 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
