2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32978 of 2024.

5. From perusal or records, earlier the status report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89203 of 2024(3) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 has been called for. From the status report, it seems that charges has been framed on 09.07.2024. There are altogether 16 charge sheeted witnesses in this case and till now only five witnesses have been examined and 11 prosecution witness are yet to be examined. Therefore, nine months would in needed to the trial court to conclude the trial.

6. Considering the fact that trial is in progress and no new grounds have been provided by the learned counsel for the petitioner to reconsider the prayer for bail application of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as submitted by him.
