2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Motorcycle was looted from the informant and during investigation it has come that one Mithun has looted the motorcycle and sold it to the petitioner for Rs. 13000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no knowledge about the fact that the motorcycle was a stolen one.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S.
