2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the victim. He has fired at the victim causing fire arm injury. The petitioner and the victim are own brothers.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has fired at the victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
