JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019 for the offence under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 and 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during search, the police has recovered 10 Activan tablet of 2 mg. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 41⁄2 months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
