JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offenses under 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. After investigation the police has submitted charge sheet under Section 306 IPC. The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and after investigation the police has submitted charge sheet under Section 306 IPC, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. No.84871 of 2019(4) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019, subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his services as volunteer to combat the pandemic of Covid-19 for a period of one month. He is required to report to the Civil Surgeon/ Nodal Officer, Covid-19, Nalanda, who shall utilize his services appropriately.
