The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code Corresponding to G.R. No. 407 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation against these petitioners has been attributed and there is no recovery of any article from the possession of the petitioners, however petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein the only non-bailable section in this case is Section 379 I.P.C. and the petitioners having no criminal antecedent have been involved in this case without there being any specific identification of these petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four

Case No. 15 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e. (i) a condition that the person shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) a condition that the person shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
