The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 300 litres of Mahua liquor and 340 Kg of Mahua flower were recovered.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in
