This writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for the following reliefs: - (i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction directing the Respondent No.2 the Additional District Magistrate, Jehanabad to decide the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.32/2022-

Patna High Court CWJC No.297 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 23 within a reasonable time as framed by this Hon'ble court.

(ii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. It is unfortunate that for taking the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 32/2022-23 to its logical conclusion, the petitioner has to approach the High Court.

4. A bare perusal of the same would show that the Additional District Magistrate, Jehanabad (respondent no.2) is sitting over the matter and not deciding the same.

5. In that circumstance, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 (Additional District Magistrate, Jehanabad) to take the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 32/2022-23 to its logical conclusion within a period of four months from the day the copy of the order is provided to the office.
