2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No.608 of 2022, FIR dated 29.09.2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,448,341,323,379,354,307,504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith co-accused Kundan Kumar have assaulted by means of iron rod on the head of the informant's husband Nagendra Mochi and her family members and there are three injured persons in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submits that as per allegation in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2838 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 FIR the petitioner and other co-accused person, namely, Kundan Kumar have assaulted the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather there is general and omnibus allegation that the petitioner alongwith co-accused person, namely, Kundan Kumar have assaulted the husband of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State, on the other hand, on the basis of the material available on the record and the case diary, has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the husband of the informant, namely, Nagendra Mochi has received six injuries and the injury report of the husband of the informant suggest that the injury is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No.608 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

7. Prayer is refused.
