"For regular bail on behalf of the sole petitioner named above after refusal of his prayer for bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Nalanda at Biharsharif vide his order dated 26.10.2019 passed in B.P. No.1213 of 2019 in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 registered for the alleged offence under section 341, 323, 307, 328/34 of I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act, later on under section 302 I.P.C. added and case is pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif."
