Mr. Vivek Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners states that a settlement was reached between the bank and petitioners, i.e., petitioner no.1 and petitioner no. 2.
2. That as per the term of the settlement the petitioner has paid an amount of Rs. 30 Lacs to the loan account of M/s Raj Egg Agro and also paid an amount of Rs. 20 Lacs to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.680 of 2024(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/3 loan account of M/s Raj Laxmi Rice Mill.
3. Learned counsel states that the entire loan account of M/s Raj Egg Agro has already been settled and no further amount remains to be paid. Further, learned counsel has stated that in so far the loan account of Raj Laxmi Rice Mill is concerned, out of total settlement amount of Rs. 55 Lacs, an amount of Rs. 30 Lacs has already been paid and the balance amount will be paid as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the settlement agreement. Learned counsel has prayed that the authorities may be directed to unseal the premises of both M/s Raj Egg Agro and M/s Raj Laxmi Rice Mill as the petitioners are facing great difficulty.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent/bank has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a representation to the bank authority and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to give a representation to the bank authorities if not already given, withing a period of ten days from today and on such representation being given, the same shall be considered by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.680 of 2024(2) dt.22-01-2024 3/3 bank authorities within a period of two weeks thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
