2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2024.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
