2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S.Case No. 291 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with other miscreants is said to have looted a motorcycle, money etc and Rs. 1,30,545/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent. He further submits that the motorcycle and some documents have been recovered from two co-accused persons, have been granted bail. He further submits that petitioner is ready to give undertaking to return back a part of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3512 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 the looted amount ( Rupees 32,000/-) to the informant without accepting his guilt.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Raniganj P.S.Cae No. 291 of 2020.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit a part amount ( Rupees 32,000/-) in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the informant.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Barhara Kothi police station on 1st and 4th Sunday of every month , failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
