2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 509 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. This petitioner is alleged to have abused and assaulted with fist & slaps to wife of informant and also snatched Mangalsutra and Jeetiah from her neck.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of committing assault with rod on the head of informant's wife is against co-accused Raja Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Rest of the allegation is only ornamental in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 134 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
