The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019 (Sessions Trial No. 240 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the letter dated 01.06.2020 of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Kaimur at Bhabua, from which it appears that the trial is delayed on account of non-appearance of the accused persons.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months, he may renew his prayer for bail. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U T
