Petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case other co-accused Nirbhay Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4287 of 2019 vide order dated 28.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
