Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No.493 of 2019 dated 3.7.2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner is of purchasing of stolen motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in good faith, he has purchased the same and he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for three months and the charge sheet has already been submitted, as such there is no

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No.493 of 2019 with further condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
