2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 90 of 2024, arising out of Chousa P.S. Case No. 211 of 2023, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted the tractor and bricks. The petitioner is in jail since 20.09.2023. His name has come up in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused person. He is accused in ten more cases of similar and serious nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also several criminal antecedents against the petitioner, this bail application is dismissed.
