2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 05-09-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46889 of 2024.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though earlier by order dated 05-09-2024 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but in that order, it was observed that if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2078 of 2025(6) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 petitioner will be at liberty to renew her prayer for bail. It has further been submitted that the stipulated period has elapsed but the trial is still pending. Learned counsel has produced some medical papers of the petitioner showing that she is pregnant. It has also been submitted that for sometime, she was granted provisional bail and she never misused the said privilege of bail.

5. Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned counsel for the state has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected as she was impersonating in NEET exam.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class/concerned court, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2024.
