JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 The petitioner is said to have retired with effect from 01.02.1995 while working as Senior Statistic Assistant. The petitioner is getting his pensionary benefits regularly. It is, however, his claim that he is entitled for more amount of pension than what is being paid consequent upon acceptance of the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission.

2. It does not appear from the writ application whether the petitioner, before coming to this Court, ever raised his grievance before any authority.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25019 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 petitioner will be at liberty to approach the sanctioning authority and the concerned Bank raising his grievance of less payment of pension amount than what is entitled to. If he approaches the authority in this connection, considering the age of the petitioner, it is directed that they shall be obliged to look into the same immediately and redressed the petitioner's grievance immediately, in accordance with law.

4. This disposes of the application.
