Case No. 55 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 368, 506, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that his younger brother was permitted to work with the petitioner on a monthly salary of Rs. 300/-. Later, the brother of the informant was sent to the house of the son-in-law of the petitioner. From there, the brother of the informant ran away. This happened in the year 2009 but case regarding the same has been lodged in the year 2016.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner including the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.
