2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim causing injuries to him.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the

01. He next submits that both the parties are agnates.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024.
