The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness on the part of the respondent no.5, the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Araria. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is pending before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority and due to non-cooperation of the respondent authorities, the matter is hanging in balance. He further submits that respondent no.5 may be directed to dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.711 of 2020(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 of the appeal filed by the petitioner at the earliest. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.5 to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any merit on the claim of the petitioner.
