2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 105 of the BNS, registered in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 521 of 2025.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner is responsible for administering wrong medicines to the informant's bhabhi leading to her death.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The intention of the petitioner was of medical treatment of the deceased and not to kill her. The criminal liability does not attract against the petitioner. He is in custody since 07.08.2025

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 521 of 2025, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed in the court below, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
