The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. case No.382 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No.109 of 2019) registered under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VI, Vaishali at Hajipur. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is the assailant. A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that out of ten witnesses five witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82993 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
