Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from a vehicle and the petitioner is said to be driver of the said vehicle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.11.2018. Investigation of the case is complete now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 11377 of 2018 arising out of Didarganj Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80011 of 2018(5) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 236 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
