2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"to initiate the contempt proceedings against the respondents who have deliberately violated the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 05.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

14447/2016, passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah whereby and where under his Lordship pleased to disposed of the aforesaid writ application with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya to disposed of the appeal no.

Patna High Court MJC No.5012 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 12/2016 filed by the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order but the said appeal has not been disposed of till the date."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order stands complied and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
