2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, three miscreants riding on a motorcycle stopped the informant and put pistol on his head. On protest they started abusing and ultimately snatched his mobile and also looted informant's motorcycle.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that except confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar, there is nothing against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6228 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 petitioners nor any incriminating articles have been recovered from their possession.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-X, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
