2. The petitioners seek bail in a case punishable for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the IPC.

3. As per F.I.R., on 04.08.2018, son of informant went with his auto, but did not return and on next day, his dead-body was found near the road.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that initially, the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and police, after investigation, submitted final form, but thereafter, the informant filed a protest-cum-complaint petition and for the first time, he alleged the involvement of these petitioners. He further submits that the allegations, levelled against these petitioners, are wholly false, fabricated & concocted and at best, afterthought filed with malafide intention. Petitioners have got clean antecedent and are in custody since 15.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 814 of 2021.
