2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udakishunganu P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376/302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the FIR, the petitioner is the person who has committed rape upon the minor girl and subsequently the victim died.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2023.

5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
