In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 341, 376, 511 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
