The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.19(C) of 2018 dated 5.1.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

This case is under Section 498(A) of the IPC for subjecting his wife/O.P.no.2 for cruelty and harassment with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case a talk for settlement is going on in the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2477 of 2019(4) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 lower court itself and there is chance of any compromise in that cae.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, though the learned counsel for the informant has submitted that he has no information about the said talk of compromise, however, in view of the above fact, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned court below considering the fact that as to whether any talk of the compromise is going on and considering the same, he will pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
