Petitioner's grievance in the present writ petition is that the District Programme Officer, Midday Meal Scheme, Jehanabad has not considered that complain made by the petitioner as to appointment of one Vidyawati Devi as cook in the school in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure-6 to the writ petition which indicates that on 9.11.2019 the District Programme Officer Midday Meal, Jehanabad has issued letter to the petitioner Kalindi Devi and the Headmaster of the Middle School,

Patna High Court CWJC No.410 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Dharaut, Makdumpur, Jehanabad. She submits that till date no final decision as to the claim of the petitioner, has been taken by the District Programme Officer, Midday Meal, Jehanabad. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Programme Officer, Midday Meal, Jehanabad to take final decision on the claim of the petition, if not already taken, within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after hearing all stakeholders in this case. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
