The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons looted the amount of Rs.16,20,000/- on the point of pistol. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest his implication in this case. As per the F.I.R., there is no allegation that the petitioner was present at the time of

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. case No.244 of 2018.
