2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(4), 61(2), 336(3) and 329(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhiya (BNS), 2023 and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. The case of the prosecution is that police received an information that the petitioner is indulged in online fraud. On this information he was apprehended and his house was searched and from his house one notebook containing detail of names of persons, mobile numbers, ATM of payment bank and other articles were recovered. During course of investigation it has come that the petiitoner and his brother Vikash Kumar were

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he has cheated anybody. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 21.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
