1. The present Writ petition is filed for challenging order dated 22.08.2019, passed by the District Certificate Officer-cum-District Land Acquisition Officer, Saharsa whereby the petitioner was arrested and detained to civil prison.

2. During the course of argument, it is fairly submitted by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was released, therefore, nothing remains in the Writ petition for adjudication.
