2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaighat (Benibad O.P.) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of of Indian Penal Code
3. On perusal of materials available on record and the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no fresh ground for considering the second regular bail application of the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
