JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case No. 513 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 385, 365, 427, 354/34 of IPC and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Earlier on the instruction of the petitioner this case was dismissed as withdrawn, as there was submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he will move for regular bail.
