2. The writ application has been filed for the following relief:- "1. (i) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the Arm bearing Gun No. 4948 B/2 by the name of his father namely Late Awadh Kishor Prasad bearing License No.

97/82, which was deposited by the petitioner in Uchkagaon Police Station on 28.08.2022;

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1652 of 2025(3) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to issue Arm License by the name of the petitioner of Gun No. 4948 B/2;

(iii) To pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Counsel for the State submits that the final order has been passed in this case and claim for grant of license has been rejected.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to take appropriate remedies as provided in law by placing the material grounds on which the petitioner proposed to ventilate his grievance by resorting to the procedure afresh.

5. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
